1/2 cup milk
4-3/4″ thick pork chops
1 packet Spicy Peanut Bake
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a small bowl, place milk.
3. Moisten each pork chop well with milk.
4. In a plastic bag, pour Spicy Peanut Bake.
5. Shake each pork chop in the bag with the Spicy Peanut Bake until well coated.
6. Place in oven proof baking dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
7. Sprinkle any excess Spicy Peanut Bake over top of pork chops.
8. Bake until done, about 35-40 minutes.
